Because Venture Muse Digital sells digital products delivered electronically, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided.

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us so we can review the issue and, when appropriate, provide assistance, a replacement file, or a refund.
